Madhav Infra Projects informs about execution of multiple power purchase agreements
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in continuation of its intimation submitted dated December 29, 2025, and January 06, 2026, Madhav Infra Projects has informed that the Company has executed 09 Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company (a Government of M.P. Undertaking) aggregating to a total capacity of 73.15 MW, for concessions awarded under Feeder level Solarization, PM-KUSUM C Yojana. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/ 49/ 14/ 14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/ I/ 3762/ 2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure I.
