Twamev Construction and Infrastructure informs about demise of independent director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Twamev Construction and Infrastructure has informed about the sad demise of Santanu Ray, Independent Director of the Company, on 18th April, 2026. Ray had been associated with the Company for several years and made invaluable contributions through his guidance, wisdom and deep understanding of governance and financial oversight. His passing is an irreparable loss to the Company. The Company expresses its deep condolences on the passing of Ray and extends its sympathies to the bereaved family. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure — A.
