In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Deepak Chemtex has informed that it enclosed certificate received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services confirming that the said Regulation is not applicable to the Company, as the entire holding of the Company’s shares are in demat form, and the company not received any request from any Members of the Company for rematerialisation or dematerialisation during the quarter ended on March 31, 2026.
