Jet Airways (India) informs about updates
Jet Airways (India) has informed that the assets of Jet Airways (India) - two Boeing 777 aircrafts based in Delhi put up for sale through e-auction by the Liquidator, Satish Kumar Gupta. In consultation with Stakeholders’ Consultation Committee, a public announcement and Asset Sale Process Memorandum for the above assets were issued. The sale of assets was undertaken by auction vide following Auction IDs through the e-auction platform BAANKNET (formerly eBKray) at https://ibbi.baanknet.com (E-Auction Platform) in accordance with Regulation 32 of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016. Based on communication received from the E-Auction Platform and in further consultation with the Stakeholders’ Consultation Committee, details of highest bid and successful bidders Asset IDs and Auction IDs are as enclosed.
