Poonawalla Fincorp has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 08, 2026, granted 9,30,000 stock options under ‘Employee Stock Option Plan-2024- Scheme- II’ (ESOP-2024 - Scheme -II) ‐ Tranche ‐ 40 to the eligible employee(s) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs 400.88. These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule as mentioned in ESOP - 2024- Scheme- II. The grant of the above stock options is in line with the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 as amended from time to time.
