Cyient has informed that Cyient Semiconductors Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyient Semiconductors, has successfully completed the acquisition of a majority stake of 74% (on Fully diluted basis) for a consideration of USD 85Mn in Kinetic Technologies.
