With reference to the SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated 10th August 2021, as updated on 19th October 2023 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, DMR Engineering has confirmed that the company is not identified as a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2026, as specified under Chapter XII of the said SEBI Circular, are required to submit a confirmation of non-applicability of the said Circular to the Exchange in the specified mode.
