Spice Islands Industries informs about trading window closure
Spice Islands Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026. The trading window shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
