Rhetan TMT informs about closure of trading window
In reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Rhetan TMT has informed that the trading window shall remain close from 151 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 3l51 March, 2026. The designated persons and their immediate relatives will not trade in securities when trading window is closed.
