Panama Petrochem informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('the Code'), Panama Petrochem has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for persons specified under the Code from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of announcement of the Financial Results shall be informed in due course.
