Gretex Corporate Services has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Senior Management Personnel along with their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2026 and the same will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
