Landmark Global Learning informs about closure of trading window
Landmark Global Learning has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all its directors, designated person(s), connected person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ending on 31t March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ending on 31t March, 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
