Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, and in terms of the Company's Policy ‘Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders,’ and ‘Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’, Sulabh Engineers and Services has informed that the Trading Window for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours of declaration of Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter/Year ended 31st March, 2026. During the closure of Trading Window, Designated Persons and insiders are prohibited not to deal in the shares of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the said Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter/year ending on March 31, 2026 shall be intimated within the time prescribed.
