BCL Industries has informed that the trading window of the Company will remain closed, from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026, for Promoters, members of the Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs, designated person(s), connected person(s)/insiders and their immediate relatives as covered under the Code for dealing in the securities of the Company. A formal intimation has already been sent to all concerned persons. This is further informed that the Company has also complied with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5,2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) - Framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons (DPs) and their relatives by freezing their PAN at security level. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Audited Financial Results for Quarter and year ending 31st March 2026 shall be intimated in due course as per the applicable regulations.
