Pursuant to provision of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, Dharani Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48  hours after the conclusion of Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Accordingly, all Designated persons and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of the board of directors to approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year March 31, 2026 will be informed in due course.
