Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, One Mobikwik Systems has informed that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. March 19, 2026 which commenced at 11:20 AM (IST) and concluded at 11:55 AM (IST), has approved the appointment of Anis Pathan as Chief Risk Officer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with Para A Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure -1.
