One MobiKwik Systems informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, One MobiKwik Systems has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
