Dev Labtech Venture has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/03/2026 to consider and approve other businesses, to transact the following main business: Consider and approve to Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and amendment in Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association, subject to requisite approvals; Consider and approve the alteration of Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company, subject to requisite approvals; Consider and approve the Proposal for sub-division/split of Equity Shares of the Company, subject to requisite approvals; Consider and approve the Proposal for issuance of Bonus shares to the Equity shareholders of the Company, subject to requisite approvals.
