Zenith Exports has informed that Subhajeet Kar (DIN: 07148810), vide mail dated 19th March 2026 has resigned from the post of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company, with immediate effect. Consequently, Subhajeet Kar shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. A copy of his resignation letter is enclosed.
