Further to the intimation dated March 18, 2026, regarding the proposed participation in the ‘11th Annual Valorem Conference - Resilient Corporates, Relentless India’ organized by Valorem Advisors and scheduled to be held on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Grand Hyatt, Kalina, Mumbai, Sheela Foam has informed that owing to unforeseen schedule changes, the Company shall not be participating in the aforesaid conference at this juncture.
