Sonata Software informs about disclosure
Sonata Software has informed that Sonata Software North America, Inc (‘SSNA’), subsidiary of the Company has instituted proceedings against one of SSNA’s client for collection of accounts receivables and the damages. Accordingly, the details of the proceedings are attached herewith as Annexure A as per the requirements of Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III, Part A, Para B (8) of the SEBI LODR and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
