Repro India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Repro Books has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Repro Books Inc.’, in the State of Delaware, United States of America (USA) on March 05, 2026 and accordingly, Repro Books Inc. has become a step-down subsidiary of the company. Repro Books Inc. will carry on the business of manufacturing and distribution of Books - Online and Offline.
Repro India is engaged in carrying on the business of printing and to act as Job printers, Lithographers, Stereotypers, electrotypers, photographic printers, book binders, etc.
