With reference to its letter dated 03rd February, 2026, pertaining to the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of Shareholders of the Company on the following Special Businesses through remote e-voting: Appointment of Aatman Alay Shah (DIN: 06886862) as a Director of the Company, Appointment of Mr. Aatman Alay Shah (DIN: 06886862) as a Whole Time Director of the Company, Appointment of Independent Director and Approval for Increase in the Remuneration of Aashay Alay Shah Whole-Time Director (DIN: 06886870) of the Company. The aforesaid resolutions has been passed by shareholders with requisite majority on 06th March, 2026.
