IndusInd Bank soars on turning black in Q4
Consolidated total income of the bank increased by 12.13% at Rs 12,719.08 crore for Q4FY26
IndusInd Bank is currently trading at Rs. 876.50, up by 28.20 points or 3.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 848.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 866.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 899.15 and Rs. 865.05 respectively. So far 192036 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 968.60 on 26-Feb-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 710.85 on 26-Sep-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 899.15 and Rs. 750.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 68288.65 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 15.82%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 69.08% and 15.10% respectively.
IndusInd Bank has reported net profit of Rs 532.71 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to net loss of Rs 2,235.99 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 12.07% at Rs 12,711.77 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 11,342.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the bank has reported net profit of Rs 594.17 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to net loss of Rs 2,328.87 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 12.13% at Rs 12,719.08 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 11,342.67 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the bank has reported 64.69% fall in its net profit at Rs 933.33 crore as compared to Rs 2,642.90 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank decreased by 5.12% at Rs 53,467.87 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 56,351.86 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 65.47% fall in its net profit at Rs 889.34 crore as compared to Rs 2,575.54 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank decreased by 5.11% at Rs 53,479.87 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 56,358.10 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
