Currency futures for April expiry trade stronger with 0.64% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 94.2375, weaker compared to its Friday’s close at 94.16. The rupee opened at 94.25 and touched day’s high of 94.2875 and low of 94.11.
The April currency futures were trading at 94.1875 with a spread of 0.0250 and a volume of 87,893. The contract opened at 94.1875 stronger from its previous closing of 94.2275. The open interest (OI) stood at 15,77,782 up by 0.64% compared to its previous close of 15,67,775.
