Pursuant to Regulations 29, 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Popees Baby Care India has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 29th day of April, 2026, to Consider and approve following agenda: 1. Consider and take note of the new Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies consequent to change of name of the Company; and 2. Consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. In this connection, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the Code’), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, is closed since 01st April 2026 onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting.
