Mahindra & Mahindra has informed about the appointment of Shuchi Suri as the Executive Vice President - Mahindra Experiences effective from 14th May 2026, who shall also form part of Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The details as required under regulation 30 read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 are given as Annexure 1.
