Dynamatic Technologies’ division -- Dynauton Systems and Aerodata AG, an established German provider of specialised solutions for aviation, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement establishes the framework for a strategic collaboration to develop a new unmanned, airborne surveillance and reconnaissance solution for the Indian region. As part of the MoU, both companies will jointly evaluate how AeroForce X can be further developed and deployed to meet the requirements of the Indian market. 

Adani Green Energy’s (AGEL) wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary -- Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A (AGE26AL), has operationalized solar power project of 292 MW at Khavda, Gujarat. With commissioning of these projects, AGEL has achieved total operational renewable generation capacity of 19,585.8 MW and total operational BESS capacity of 1,376 MWh.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed its two latest properties - Lemon Tree Premier, Raipur and Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalandhar. Umiya Tubes has received an order from Cocreate Global Technologies for an amount of Rs 9.64 crore (including GST) for supply of 3000 KG (3 MT) of Yellow Tungsten Oxide and 2000 KG (2 MT) of Ammonium Paratungstate.
