Zodiac Energy soars on bagging order worth $3.28 million

The order is to be executed within around 9 months subject to terms of LoI

Zodiac Energy is currently trading at Rs. 317.00, up by 19.55 points or 6.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 297.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 299.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 336.85 and Rs. 299.95 respectively. So far 3219 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 563.45 on 20-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 204.00 on 01-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 336.85 and Rs. 291.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 489.25 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.35% and 29.68% respectively.

Zodiac Energy has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around $3.28 million (around Rs 30.85 crore) from an international entity based in Zambia. The LoI is for execution of a turnkey solar power project for designing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, packing and forwarding, dispatch, transportation with transit insurance, delivery on site on DAP (Delivery on Place) basis for a Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant 6 MWp DC, 5 MW AC & 1 MWh BESS at Lusaka, Zambia. 

The order is to be executed within around 9 months subject to terms of LoI. The order value is based on the prevailing exchange rate as on April 22, 2026.
