Transformers and Rectifiers (India) submit notice of postal ballot
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that pursuant to Section 110 of Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company proposes to conduct Postal Ballot for obtaining the approval of Members of the Company for Re-appointment of Rajendra S. Shah (DIN: 00061922) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years from 25th May, 2026 till 24th May, 2031. Tapan Shah, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors of the Company to ensure that the Postal Ballot process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner and in accordance with the said rules. They enclosed the calendar of events for the postal ballot process.
