Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, JSW Cement has informed that Sutapa Banerjee (DIN: 02844650) ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 21st April, 2026, upon completion of her second consecutive term as an Independent Director of the Company. Consequent to which she ceased to be member of the Committees of the Board of Directors of the Company, where she was a member. The Company places on record its deep appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Sutapa Banerjee during her tenure as an Independent Director of the Company. The composition of the Board of Directors of the Company continues to be in compliance with the requirements prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations. The necessary details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is given in Annexure A.
