Viyash Scientific informs about change in domain name of website
Viyash Scientific has informed that in pursuance of the provisions of Regulation 30, 46 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the domain name of the website of the Company has been changed from www.sequent.in to www.viyash.com with immediate effect. Also noted that pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the email id of the Directors/Key Managerial Personnel who are authorized to determine materiality of event/information for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchange(s) has also been changed consequent upon change in the domain name i.e. from investorrelations@sequent.in to investorrelations@viyash.com.
