Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Scarnose International has informed that Heli Jitendrabhai Modi, has tender her resignation from the post of the Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from 20th April, 2026. Further, there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD‐PoD‐1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
