Jindal Saw has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 27th April, 2026 at New Delhi, to consider and approve the following; the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026; the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2026; and to recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the year ended 31st March, 2026. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct, to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall remain closed up to 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results to the stock exchanges as intimated through letter dated 25th March, 2026.
