Ideaforge Technology has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 to consider and approve the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in continuation of earlier letter dated March 26, 2026 under subject ‘Closure of Trading Window’ under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relative, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
