In reference to the SEBI circular dated November 26, 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, Ushakiran Finance has confirmed that the company is not identified as a Large Corporate as on 31st March, 2026, as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 261h November, 2018 as amended read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023. The company has confirmed that it is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria mentioned in clause 3 of the said circular and details enclosed Annexure A.
