Mold-Tek Technologies informs about outcome of board meeting
Mold-Tek Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, April 20, 2026, have discussed the updates as per SA 260- ‘Communication with Those Charged with Governance’ (‘TCWG’) read with National Financial Reporting Authority (‘NFRA’) circular dated 07.01.2026, with the Statutory Auditors of the Company regarding the Scope of Audit and Audit Plan for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2026. Further to this, the Board has decided to defer the declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, in-line with the previous year practice and the Company may consider declaring the Final Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26, updates on the same will be intimated in due course. The Board meeting commenced at 12:00 pm (IST) and concluded at 14:20 pm (IST).
