Nilkanth Engineering has informed that Company claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 about non-applicability of corporate governance therefore the requirement of submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report as specified under Regulation 24A of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Amendment Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated May 9, 2019 is not applicable to the Company.
