In continuation to its letter dated November 10, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Dynamatic Technologies has informed that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in the name and style ‘DYNAUTON LIMITED’ was incorporated on April 10, 2026, under Corporate Identification Number U26515KA2026PLC219138 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on Sunday, April 19, 2026. The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 were already disclosed in our intimation letter dated November 10, 2025.
