Dynamatic Technologies has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name and style of ‘Dynauton’ on April 10, 2026. Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on April 19, 2026. The new entity has been incorporated with an objective to carry out the business of designing and manufacturing advanced UAV and critical subsystems, including gimbals, autopilots, radars, propulsion units, avionics, and software solutions.
Earlier, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 10 ,2025 had approved the same.
Dynamatic Technologies is the largest producer of Hydraulic Gear Pumps in Asia and one of the top five worldwide. The company designs and builds highly engineered products for Automotive, Aeronautic, Hydraulic and Security applications.
