Kabsons Industries informs about confirmation on non-applicability of large corporate criteria
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, read with the applicable Master Circulars issued by SEBI from time to time, Kabsons Industries has confirmed that as on March 31, 2026, the Company does not meet the criteria specified under Clause 3.2 of the aforesaid Circular for identification as a ‘Large Corporate’. Accordingly, the Company does not fall within the ambit of a Large Corporate.
