Pursuant to Regulation 30, 42 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vega Jewellers has informed that the Company has fixed Friday, April 24, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders of the Company eligible for bonus equity shares not exceeding 4,07,05,192 in the proportion of 4:1 i.e., 4 new fully paid- up equity share of Re 10 each for every 1 existing fully paid- up equity share of Re 10 each.
