In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Amrutanjan Health Care has informed that they are launching a new range of Personal Care, Wound Care and Pain Management. A detailed press release describing the launch details is enclosed as Annexure I. The requirements as required to be disclosed in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are annexed as Annexure II.
