Mangalam Drugs & Organics has informed that it enclosed the resignation letter of Anuradha Pandey, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, along with detailed reasons for resignation, as Annexure I. Explanation for Delay: Further, it clarified that the resignation of Anuradha Pandey was effective from March 29th, 2026. However, the resignation letter could not be submitted within the prescribed timeline of 7 days from the effective date due to an inadvertent administrative oversight which resulted in the timeline for filing the said disclosure not being tracked appropriately. Upon identification of the same, the Company hereby promptly submitting the revised disclosure.
