Sanmitra Commercial informs about newspaper publication
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, Sanmitra Commercial has informed that another special window has been opened for a period of one year from 5th February, 2026 to 4th February, 2027 only for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares which were sold/purchased prior to 1st April, 2019 and rejected/returned/ not attended by the company/its RTA, due to deficiencies in the documents/process/or otherwise. In line with the aforesaid circular, they enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published in Financial Express (all editions) and Pratahkal (Mumbai edition) today i.e. 10th April, 2026. A copy of this intimation shall be made available on the website of the Company.
