Heritage Foods has informed that the Company has launched the ‘Second 100-Day Campaign - Saksham Niveshak’, effective from April 01, 2026 to July 09, 2026. The primary objective of this special outreach initiative is to facilitate shareholders in: Updating KYC Details: Including bank account mandate, nomination registration, PAN and contact details (email address, mobile number and postal address); Claiming Unpaid Entitlements: Enabling shareholders to claim unclaimed dividends directly from the Company, thereby preventing the transfer of such unpaid/unclaimed dividends and underlying shares to the IEPFA, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. In this regard, it has enclosed the notice issued for creating awareness and encouraging proactive engagement with shareholders. The said notice is also available on the Company’s website at www.heritagefoods.in.
