Steelco Gujarat has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with the Explanatory Statement thereto (‘Notice’), dated April, 9th, 2026, whereby the Company is seeking approval of the Members in respect of Special and Ordinary Business by way of Special and Ordinary Resolution. In accordance with applicable circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, the aforesaid Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only in electronic form to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ records of Depositories as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, April 03, 2026 and whose email ids are registered. In accordance with relevant MCA and SEBI Circulars, hard copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with postal ballot forms and pre-paid business reply envelope has not been sent to the members and the communication of the assent or dissent of the members will only take place through remote e-voting.
