Jay Kailash Namkeen has informed that Anushree Vijay, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company have tendered their resignation vide their letter dated April 03, 2026 informing their inability to continue as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 03, 2026 due to pre occupation in other assignments and geographical disadvantages. The copy of the resignation letter dated April 03, 2026 as received from Anushree Vijay, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is attached. The details as required to be disclosed with respect to resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company under Regulation 30 of LODR read with all the relevant circulars issued by SEBI are enclosed as Annexure.
