Inter Globe Finance informs about launch of 100 days campaign
Inter Globe Finance has informed that the Investor's Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs has proposed to re-launch the 100 Days Campaign - Saksham Niveshak and thereby requested Companies to launch a second 100 days Campaign- ‘Saksham Niveshak’, to reach out to shareholders whose dividend remain unpaid /unclaimed. In terms of above requirement, it has enclosed communication for creating awareness among shareholders to update their details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends and/or before they get transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund under 100 days campaign viz. ‘Saksham Niveshak’. The copy of this intimation is also available on the website of BSE (www.bseindia com), CSE (www.cse-india.com) & on the website of the Company (www.igfl.co.in).
