Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Transpek Industry has informed that Avtar Singh (DIN: 00063569) has tendered his resignation as the Joint Managing Director of the Company, with effect from closure of business hours of 31.03.2026, citing his personal and familial reasons. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) and SEBI Master Circular issued vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A. The copy of the resignation letter dated 20th January, 2026, received stating detailed reason of his resignation is enclosed as Annexure B. The above intimation shall also be made available on the Company’s website at www.transnek.com. The Company had informed to BSE about the resignation vide letter dated 20th January, 2026.
